Murtha's Pay-to Play Re-election Campaign Pure silliness.....everyone knew what Murtha was all about..that was esp. true of the people in his district. In fact, it was expected he would lose. Sadly, with all the pork he's brought into the district, he's the biggest job creator in that part of PA. And that's why he won.
