Good idea. In addition, we abolish the Fed along with paying off everyone's debt, abolish fractional reserve banking and tie the creation of new money by the Treas to some realistic measure of real economic growth, without which growth no more money may be created. No more creation of money by private bankers who have traditionally lacked the real assets to support their money creation.

It should be a no interest system: loans are based on real returns: if your ship comes in, all the investors who contributed real assets to the enterprise profit, if not, the investors lose their investment. Nobody gains unless real wealth grows. Nobody makes money off money, only off real productivity. "For the love of money . . ., etc. (I Tim 6:10)

Sounds biblical, huh.
