Any thoughts on how long will the turn-around period be for this company? I can see that OS8 is doing well and overseas market are picking up. Is Christmas going to be a key judgment point? Make or Break for Apple. They have a lot of good products and won a lot of awards. But their product dont attract the general public as people wants compatibility and convenience. The stock is pissing me off. Should have taken a profit when I had it.

Thanks for the tremendous insight. Somewhere, I think, Apple's book value is around $15. I could be wrong.

Eric,
Sometimes it's easy to get to close to the forest to see the trees. Biggest blunder yet....price of a Mac to an IBM compatible. It's just THAT simple.

Yours is an excellent synopsis on Apple's problems. But I always throw the "Ellen Hancock Factor" into the equation. From personal experience, wherever she goes red ink follows.
