Honey

As you know I am no fan of Warren Buffet either. I have the following problems with him.

1. He obtains sweetheart deals with companies at the expense of existing shareholders. He gets preferred stock paying around 10% dividends that are later convertible in to common. He winds up getting a bigger return than average shareholders.

2. He testified before congress to keep the inheritance tax. People protect themselves from it by buying insurance. Mr. Buffet is in the insurance business and he profits from this tax. I find his position hypocritical.

3. He supports liberal politicians who raise taxes on average working people while creating a tax code that allows people like Mr. Buffet to amass great wealth. I am willing to bet that a fire or police captain in New York city pays a larger percentage of his net worth in taxes to the federal government than Mr.. Buffet has.

I applaud Mr. Brinker's guest for his efforts on reporting about Mr. Buffet.
