Have you ever known of a gov't program where this situation existed? Keynes actually opposed using the deficit spending that he had theorized might be a good thing in very special circumstances. we will be the cleanest bankrupted country around.... Did you know that Gore and Israel's eviro whackos have been having a love affair. Israel will be the cleanest country ever to be wiped from the face of this earth.
