SEC FORCES FIRMS AND FUNDS TO DIVULGE YEAR 2000 COSTS

In what will probably result in a flood of "everything's under
control" announcements, the Securities and Exchange Commission
has ordered companies and mutual funds to provide detailed
information on their year 2000 situation to investors,
according to a report in the Wall Street Journal. The SEC has
said it will begin looking closely at filings and annual
reports for disclosures of significant costs or potential
financial risks associated with the year 2000 problem. The new
rules will require companies to tell investors about both
material risks and general issues concerning Y2K, and those
that don't address the issue will face registration problems
and further scrutiny by the SEC.

=============================
Technical anlaysis on IMRS

The upper Bollinger band is at 33 1/4

The lower Bollinger band is at 26 7/16

OBV and SVMA (Split Volume Moving Avg.) Both moving higher.

Stochastics 36.26 and rising > Bullish indication

The 49day Moving avg. is at 30 5/8

In intraday trading yesterday we broke through the lower Bollinger band, however we met support and bounced back across the line. This was a good buy signal. We should start to climb back near the 49day moving avg. That will be the next line of resitance, if we break through we should then start to move near the upper Bollinger band.

Looks good, however you could probably throw darts today and hit a winner!
