I think if it were me I'd give them a call and see if that's all correct. Sounds to me like you're paying enough for it already. As far as I know, it's all part of my expanded basic.

have an Internet/cable bundle.....with DVR.....for $105 month

We're going internet/cable/telephone bundle with Charter. Same level of service we have now for the TV. Cost will be $145, but I can then drop Qwest, which is running me $125/month with DSL.
