If they can't grasp the difference between 7 percent unemployment and 25 percent unemployment rates, perhaps that partially explains why they and not others are unemployed or underemployed.

If your neighbor is unemployed and with out health care or prospects, it's a recession.

If it's you, tht lost your, just had a heart attack and have no health insurance it's a depression.

Now, please explain why you're looking foreword to 25% unemployment with such glee.
