I was hoping Blago would "spill the beans" during the "trial". Maybe he will when he writes his tell all book.

Blago is saving the beans to spill during his plea negotiations with Fitzgerald's office.

They can't NOT impeach him out of office because they will get something on them by voting against firing him.

The irony I see is that he is basically telling them now "If it can happen to me it can happen to you." The subtext is "Just watch me."
