Like most things about this administration, I am content to let them make plans, implement them, then measure the results somewhere down the line when there is a track record to examine. I think it's the 24-hour cable news political chat world that creates the atmosphere of needing to draw big conclusions from every morsel of information or analysis that comes along. Even sports seasons take 4-6 months before we know who has really played well enough to win it all. These are very, very early days.
