Knighty, i locked in those second 3rd profits on TBT today. almost 30% in two weeks was good on that money. i'm permanently in on my first third until we see 16% on the long bond, but i have to churn some trading profits while that happens. i honestly believe that the government will do everything within its power to ensure low rates come the beginning of real estate season. i'm not sure if this sucks down TBT or it skyrockets, but they want 4.5% mortgages come june. badly.
