You are citing the chief cheerleader for Obama, the nearly bankrupt New York times, which had to beg for money from the third world to keep its doors open for your authority. You could at least cite a credible source.

I expected you would pick the emotional items that which combined comprise less than ten percent of the total package.

Also, its employers who mostly pay unemployment benefits. Any business in business has paid or is paying off its unemployment claims.

Food stamps are totally immaterial in this context.
