I'm sure someone answered this, but the WSJ article was about a FLASH memory fab that will be delayed to 1999, instead the capital will be used in an Isreal fab conversion, it makes both MPU's and flash. Actually John, according to this article: netarrant.net The Fort Worth plant was going to be for logic, but the Israeli plant, originally intended for flash, is being converted to logic memory (Paul, what's logic memory?).
