I'd say at least half of the Realtors and more Mortgage brokers have dropped out and gone to inactive rather than pay the dues. Gone back to being bartenders, receptionists ..whatever they were doing before. Or just unemployed.

This is just part of the process.

The joke is that I see segments on the news, saying how these "6 figure professionals" are now taking bartender jobs.
