You know, disease control is important. Maybe that means the CDC should have a Cabinet officer with the staff and bureaucracy that goes along with that. Then of course, we'll need a disease control "czar" in addition to the Secretary of Disease Control .... just because thats how Obama does things.

But if they only did the two jobs I posted about (nuclear weapons creation and maintenance, and nuclear waste disposal) do you think they should still have a full department with cabinet level representation?

If it never got above 80 degrees in Florida do you think I should have an air conditioner? Lets talk reality not bizarre hypothetical.
