Good Morning All, Woke up and no answers. A couple of posts, though, thanks. Let me recap and see if I get any morning bites. This is from Riley's post #8285 Public Float: 1.8 Million Shares in Name: 1.3 - 1.5 Million Shares in Cartel, but not yet in Name: 1 Million Total Shares in Cartel: 2.3 - 2.5 Million Extra Shares: .5 - .7 Million in excess (I don't understand where the 1.1 - 1.4 Million extra in you post comes from, Riley, can you clarify?) Given these numbers there is definitely someone shorting, right? Or is some other proof necessary? The only problems now are the numbers. Some issues: Restricted shares issued to Morgan and Breton may not be restricted anymore (smartin). Answer from Jerry Whlan: The shares will not be tradeable for at least 6 months. So is this resolved, or are there other points of contention? The shares held by the Cartel is not confirmed, but this is the basis for the entire squeeze, so for me if I do not think the Cartel has the numbers I would be out. Can anyone tell me what else could affect these numbers or my logic? Unless there are other issues, I don't see how a squeeze will not eventually play out. Nam
