Very well said, and exactly right.

AG should be the first to hang. He knew all along what he was doing and the consequences of it being done. Nothing but an enabler, especially under Bush.

Vi, would you expect that the current Admin under Obama soon outlaws those dangerous derivatives?

They appearently serve no purpose; in the mushroomed size they appearently do not stabilise markets or distribute risks.
