Hi jj,

It's evident that the county's feeling it,just not as much as other parts of the state, or other states. In Mystic there are five out-of-business stores...and it's a one-street downtown. I expect to see more evidence of this sort in Fairfield County in the next six months though.

My mother's worked at the Fairfield Food Bank for a few years and not only is there in stark increase in families coming for food, but other *towns* are coming much more frequently, having run out of their own supplies.

Very sad.
