I half isn't OK according to the rules - didn't check them, sorry - sell all of my NOK, buy TWLL up to max 50% and CAVM for the rest of cash on hand and proceeds.

Believe you are right that we used to have "no partial sells" in the header and just checked after SrK said we didn't. I'll check the history of the header and see about that. If we didn't have it at the beginning of or sometime during this game, then I don't know if we should put it back during this game, though.

As for my position, in order to avoid any discussions about rules or preferred treatment, sell all of NOK, use net proceeds and cash on hand on 50% of portfolio in TWLL and leave rest in cash. Easy enough, right?

That said, you decide (last rule).
