A big failure so far by the European Central Bank in their most recent gold manipulation/control game. They sold over 1000 tonnes of paper gold... and the price went up, and to an all time record high in Euros.

Wouldn't the banker always ask for top dollar? He can loan the money out nine or ten times or whatever the money multiplier is. He has inflation working for him. He'll probably retire or get a better job before he's called to account anyway.
