My take of this is that as long as he does great, nobody will touch the case. If he happens to make some serious mistake(s), possibly because of lack of experience and/or naivité - both very possible events - then some judges may feel called to take a closer look.

So he better perform, right? We wouldn't want that kind of mess - and Biden.

A legal Biden would be preferable to an illegal Obama. Obama has already embarrassed the office. It took him less than ten days to use his office to attack private citizens for his personal pleasure. Within two weeks of his taking office we are likely to have the biggest pork package in the history of our Republic. He will have added more to the debt in two weeks in his partisan porkapalooza than liberating the Iraqi people cost over five.
