John; These are basic "tax cuts are the only way to go" kinds of guys. John, this is just not true. I have listened to Stein say for years that he favors more taxes on the rich to pay for the war. But in any case, you are missing the point I was trying to make. That point being that because of the crap the democrats put in the bill, they gave the republicans the ammunition to attack the bill as nonpartisan. Once that was allowed by democrats - it became fair game for republicans to try to get their stuff in the bill. The democrats lost the high ground. Dumb. The democrats are completly losing the public relations game with this bill. I've seen this happen before with Obama and he has been great in correcting - lets hope he is able to do so again. steve
