There are a few signs that things are temporarily loosening up a bit, like the Ted spread and commercial paper markets, due to the outrageous Fed & Treasury "support".

There's also signs of at least a temporary reversal in monetary velocity too, although it also could be called stabilization. The first one is quarterly change rate, the second is annual:
