Yes, I checked the header history by myself and while 11/05/08 was still complete, by mistake I dropped it together with some other, albeit irrelevant, stuff in the 11/18 revision.

Mistakes happen, even for those not supposed to make any, right?

This is volunteer job for Elroy. Please don't make his life miserable so he finds no joy in doing this as you will ruin it for others.

I figured out a way to do partial sells that are easy and I believe Elroy said was acceptable.

Sell EVERYTHING in your portfolio so you are 100% cash then give him a list of the new securities you want to buy along with their allocations.

That makes it easy to sell something that has risen to 30% and buy it back at 20%.

If the penalty of 1% commission on the total portfolio is too much, then don't do it.
