exactly, the US printing a trillion dollars isn't no different than Mugabe cranking up the printing presses...

Few people attending the World Economic Forum question the need to revive America's economy, the world's largest, with a package that could reach $1 trillion over two years.

They need to question it. Its folly. Its going to delay a recovery.

But the long-term fallout from increased borrowing by the U.S. government, and its potential to drive up inflation and interest rates around the world, seems to be getting more attention here than in Washington.

Is the ONE listening?

A top White House adviser, Valerie Jarrett, promised in Davos on Thursday that once the stimulus plan had achieved its intended affect, the United States would "restore fiscal responsibility and return to a sustainable economic path."

Good comrade Valerie, show us some more command economy thinking.

"People are not stupid," Zedillo said. "They see the huge deficit, the huge spending, and wonder what comes next."

Wow, being scolded by a Mexican on economics and the Mexican's right. What an upside down world it has become. Change we need!!!

C'mon Obama, the world isn't liking this. Your adoring voters put you in so the world would like us again. What's going on?
