I agree.

The wildcard, however, is what will inflation be and will nominal price declines=real price declines of 30%.

Nominal price declines are terrible for the banks as the debt deflation sucks them further into the vortex.

Currently it appears Owners Equivalent Rent inflation is slowing dramatically a stark difference compared to other housing downturns.

The Japanese similarities are ominous.
