He was talking about professionals and the better paid trade jobs, I think- from context. It would have been nice if he'd been clearer, and he could have left color out of it- but when you look at numbers like this, or the low numbers of women (except as low paid office help), you know what he was saying. gangbox.wordpress.com He wants the assistance to go to people who really need it. As someone who has watched 8 years of BDS with all its lies and distortions I feel your pain. I just wonder what would be said if he did not want it all to go to welfare for minorities? I think the $200,000 and above should pay allot more taxes. I disturbs me to see all these wealthy people paying 15% on hundreds of thousands of dollars. Between capital gains and dividends it is quite a ripoff. If Riech really cared about american citizens he would have said not to illegal aliens. I see plenty of females and blacks on construction sites. But for residential construction I used to see mostly illegal aliens.
