He was talking about professionals and the better paid trade jobs, I think- from context. It would have been nice if he'd been clearer, and he could have left color out of it- but when you look at numbers like this, or the low numbers of women (except as low paid office help), you know what he was saying.

I just wonder what would be said if he did not want it all to go to welfare for minorities?

I think the $200,000 and above should pay allot more taxes. I disturbs me to see all these wealthy people paying 15% on hundreds of thousands of dollars. Between capital gains and dividends it is quite a ripoff.

If Riech really cared about american citizens he would have said not to illegal aliens.

I see plenty of females and blacks on construction sites. But for residential construction I used to see mostly illegal aliens.
