As a DOCS Open user, I continually find additional searches that the Verity search engine cannot do. Today, I found in trying to do a search on the name of the general counsel for my largest client that I could find nothing, despite the fact that I have over 27,000 cases for that client and general counsel's name is in there a whole lot of times. I own some of this stock and I keep wondering if the stockbrokers know all about these lingering problems and that's why the stock is so low. Frustrated user? Frustrated investor? You bet!!
