I'm puzzled by how a guy pulling down $38 Million a year in salary can possibly claim to be a 'non-elite'....

another branch of the republican party, one that has a better record on promoting small government than does the southern, rural branch. I'm not so sure that's the case. But then neither group has been all that effective pushing things to smaller or more limited government. Neither group as even consistently but unsuccessfully pushing that message. If so, why insult, openly a branch of your own party I think they are saying the same thing. They see the "southern branch" as being insulted.
