"people think Friedman is a liberal . . because he speaks in an effeminate voice and flowery language about the environment and our childrens future . . but the translation of his progressive "schtick" is this : whatever Israel and the settlers want, we should help them achieve."

Iraq did NOTHING for us, was absolutely no threat to us and the American people just want it to END. They were conned by Bush into backing a pointless, expensive war and they KNOW it. It's beginning to sink in just how much Bush let slide while he chased his white whale on our dime.
