Only the uneducated and ignorant would think ANY President wants a return to the original Constitution. The FACTS have spoken otherwise since the civil war when the right of a State to secede was aborted from the Constitution at the cost of over 1,000,000 lives. The Supreme Court has done it's best to mangle was is left of the Constitution ever since. Obama is no different. He started giving executive orders(i.e. making LAWS) on his first day in office. Please elaborate, oh great scholar, on where, in the Constitution, any President has that legal ability?
