Students from China attend almost every major college in the US, and all of the major research universities. Then they go home and become leaders in technology and finance. If you have a friend like Woz who can make your ideas work, then you don't need to go to college, provided you have an idea. For the rest of us without great ideas, a college diploma allows us to collect big bucks while waiting for retirement. But most importantly, all the most desirable women go to college to meet the right man, and men go to college to pretend to be that man. wg
