Sounds like the Iraq war. Well, if you're in the camp that believes the Iraq War was a bad idea, you believe that and nothing will change your mind. But people who understand the issues understand also that winning the Iraq War provides an environment which over time will minimize the threat of further terrorist attacks and lend itself to a durable peace in the middle east. It is a complicated subject and not everyone understands it. See what this thing looks like in the end. I don't like it right now either. It isn't going to get any better.
