I modified thread head a bit, so I don't disagree. -g-
It is clear as day that the result of these bailouts
and Fed's actions will eventually be very inflationary.

The pessimistic scenario will materialize if they try to
put this guy back together again through printing and succeed.
That instead of doing necessary reforms. I give it a lower
chance, since the smart people that Obama brought in realize
that reforms are needed. Besides, the democrats are traditionally
friendlier to tech and manufacturing business.

With trial and error stuff we'll probably have something
in between. The policy objective now is to stop the housing
bubble collapse through lower rates and printing, which is
inflationary.
