Perhaps but the problem with Kim il Frak is that he might decide to test one on or in Seoul.. Ted's fp view is cut and run anywhere and everywhere. I think we need to be more careful than bush was but i also dont think bugging out of long term security agreements on a whim works well. We can get our troops out of Korea but it takes planning to do so in a mature fashion. Listening to ted on fp is like listening to a 5 year old having a tantrum.
