Something else about Obama's tone is troubling - he keeps running down the economy and warning how our worst times are ahead of us. I know thats standard rhetoric for a Democratic candidate. But he's President now, not a candidate anymore. Time for him to be talking upbeat. But he hasn't learned that lesson yet:
