re: Maybe better to stick to verifiable facts ... I posted it from "Snopes"... and said I wish I had "verifiable and updated numbers"...but, since when did "verifiable" facts ever stop Congress? And that's my point. We had the facts on Geithner... but they didn't matter. Why will they matter with Daschle? We had the facts with Barney Frank & the prostitution ring run out of his apartment, but he threatened to "out" key members of Congress... facts didn't matter then. Facts didn't matter with Clinton, or Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld either? Since when did the truth, or the facts matter in Washington? Point made? SOTB
