At a 'below market rate'.....

I don't think that houses aren't selling now because 'rates are too high'.

The truth of the matter is that PRICES are too high, and the consumer (after posting negative saving for several years, and after seven or eight years of no-real-increase in net earnings has begun to actually SAVE some money out of each paycheck).

And all is to the GOOD... but all the politicians want to do is stop it.
