First of all, as of now it is about $630 Billion over 5+ years, so, it is something in the range of $100B/y. But that is fully absorbed cost, and if you use incremental cost, as you should, the true cost is probably half that. So, you're talking well under $100B/y. Consider that a substantial portion of that money feeds back into the American economy, and it isn't a blip.

This isn't a total waste like the trillion dollar wild liberal spending spree that is before Congress right now.

And we made the United States as well as the rest of the world safer in the process.

I have that 4,300 Americans lost their lives in the process. THAT bothers me. But Americans have always been willing to spill their blood in the pursuit of freedom and I don't think we'd ever want that to change.
