Nooooo, there would be less pork if the stimulus package was guided by a vision. We were talking vision if you will remember.

I have no issue with your assertion that a bill with vision might have less pork.

The assertion of yours that I questioned was that you get more pork if you split the package into multiple bills. Still no explanation for that, not that it matters.
