Which, unfortunately, led to the demise of the restaurant chain he was talking about. It got its name from the two people who started it, one was named Sam and the other had the nickname of 'Bo'.

Changes in society killed their business.

Actually, the name of the restaurant, Sambo's, is taken from the names of its founders:

Sam Battistone and Newell Bohnett.

Hard for you to believe, but you can't attach a racist brand to everything. These racists were out of California.
