Back to Reagan. On the one hand, spend the Russians into defeat; on the other, we don't have enough money for safety net programs. Hypocrisy be thy name. I dont think you would call it hypocrisy if Democrats said we didnt have enough money for a missle defense program or Iraq while increasing spending on the social safety net. The word you are looking for isnt hypocrisy, it is priorities. Of course, I think it is safe to say that you think those priorities are mind numbingly stupid....which is perfectly fine, but it isnt hypocrisy to have different priorities than you. Slacker
