Sorry Gene --- here's what would improve this thread -1- Posting information about Intel of importance from the financial press. Collectively we can go through more sources of information than individually. -2- Trying, because I know it is hard when you have money involved, to back up your opinions with references and facts. Keep your posts short and few. -3- Identifying the key issues that will have an effect on the stock price and monitoring information and sentiment on those issues: An example would be (1)Is the market saturated with chips (2) What is Intel doing about the under $1000 PC's. etc. -4- Not using this thread like a chat room. Browsers cannot spend all day listening to Engel blow smoke. Hey Bob I'm here type posts should be flamed. =============================== And what I've found most useful was news before it is reported in the press. Someone here posted the Intel fab shutdown news a day before the general press recognized its significance. That guy is a thread hero. =============================== Sorry I offended you but I'm getting disgusted with Engel et alia and there war with Cyrix and AMD WHICH I CONSIDER IRRELEVANT. As to what I hold in Intel now. I am short and looking for where Intel bottoms. I have previously been long. I made a lot of money off this stock by buying it when it was in the 50's but not as much as others that stayed with it. I need facts just as much as anybody else.
