Randomization was 2:2:1 (H:P:L). L weren't (by design) included in any secondary analysis.

Dr. Noble seemed more encouraging then I expected. I know he is there in support but in other venue's that I've heard him he seemed much more fair then I would have expected. He pointed out the notable significance in those who declined more >10 and >20 which he is concerned about the most because of risk to death.
