That's been my stance all along. People just love to listen to and suck up slick talk. Guys like Gore are incredibly skilled at manipulating the Sheeple. I wish the Sheeple knew what the likes of Gore really think of them.

Coleman is now a weather man on one of the small, local independent stations in San Diego... on air, he is a certified clown nutjob... and he's been grinding his "they stole the Weather Channel from me" ax in the local media for years... but he is fun to watch... sometimes... I get tired of the way he says the station call letters (KUSI) -- it is just plain silly and annoying. I know that it doesn't matter what he's like on air, given his considerable background, but if you watched him do the weather on KUSI and didn't know anything else about him, you'd never believe he had any credibility on anything serious. OT Just because Mr. Coleman is unable to understand the simple physics of CO2 in the atmosphere is no reason for anyone else to either disparage or to promote the notion of global warming. Without CO2 in the atmosphere we all would be frozen stiff. A little CO2 is good - the amount we have right now is just right for what we have now. Add some more to the atmosphere and the air heats up a little. OK for Minneapolis but not so OK for New Orleans. Add even more and wheat will not grow in the states and the rain will go away. Canada should be OK, though. The moral here is that if you think global warming itself is a fraud because some of its promoters are self-promoters, then I assure you things will get hotter in the future. Have we billions for war, trillions for Wall Street, but nothing for the air we breathe ? We can have our oil and coal and use it too, but we need to pack out what we packed in. wg PS GW is not a belief system for me. It's a fact, and attested everytime an ice shelf goes plop into the ocean. Wise up or warm up.
