Why the heck is that soooo cheap?

At 1900 sf, that's priced at under $35 psf. I haven't seen that in 25 years here in Portland.

OMG, living on one coast and having friends/family on the other coast, I forget about prices like these... What RE bubble??? Never reached cities like Indianapolis I guess.
