But not for the reasons you mentioned...that is that our military build up bankrupted the USSR. The facts given in the brief article tell otherwise. Your argument, and that of the Berkeley poster, is simplistic. It is typical, however: R, Good things that happen? Coincidence. R, Bad things that happen? All his fault. D, Good things that happen? Totally because of his actions. D, Bad things happen? He inherited them. A pattern has developed. I'll try to respond more directly to your post when I have a little time to counter the bullshit in your post. But I honestly think this response tells the story.
