Eric I ECHO your sentiments No pun intended.
As a long time Buffalo Gal (Rob foster where are you)
I have been put to sleep with Farimile and the fortunes it will
bring me.
To keep me amused at this forum I propose a race between a little
unknown stock trading at 35 cents and this beaten up old horse Fairmile.
Ontex resources just got the big win in an 11 year legal battle and
only has a resource of 322,000 ounces at .233 ounce per ton. !5.9
million shares out 1 million cash and equivalents but it has potential
Started a forum for it take a look if you like.
There at the gates!!! Their off!!!
I'll monitor the results for you..
Mark

Eric, As towards your questions.

>Q 1. The purpose of this year's program was to "maximize the shallow
>potential of the a/b/o and to test the newer targets to find out if
>they had potential". Given the release, can we now assume that none
>of the other targets (except this new F zone where "it looks
>promising but we have no results") are worth anything? In 1996, we

The in-fill drill program conducted on the A/B/O complex succeeded in
increasing the resource by 14%. An infill drill program increases the
density of drill holes on a specific target and allows for a more
accurate estimation of the resource. Drilling of other targets, in
particular Targets F, are stated as "encouraging" as they are
indicating the presence of strongly altered, favorable host rock.
These targets are generally blind targets (covered by overburden) in
this area of the Battle Mountain Trend and as such, the geologists
rely on geologic models to spot the drill holes as best as possible
to evaluate them. Details of this modeling are available in the July
1997 SEG Newsletter (Society of Economic Geologists) where Joe Kizis
(Fairmile director and geologist), along with Steve Bruff (Humboldt
Mining Services), E.M.Crist, D.C.Mough and R.G.Vaughan were published
in an article titled "Empirical Geologic Modeling in Intrusion-related
Gold Exploration: An Example from the Buffalo Valley Area, Northern
Nevada"

>Q 2. What information are you and Tom Kelly planning to use to
>promote this stock that is not available to us? I have trouble
>picturing anyone getting excited about this stock based on the a/b/o
>low-grade resource plus some "promising" targets where there is
>little or no drill results released. You have no hope in hell in
>promoting this stock without some kind of "blue sky" potential.

For the planned presentations in November we plan to use the results
up to date from the A/B/O Complex, coupled with the results from the
drilling of the other targets. The above mentioned "modeling" has been
successfuly used to evaluate several targets on the Buffalo Valley
Project. Further results from drilling on Target F and L should be
available over the next couple of weeks.

Steve Stakiw
