Hey buddy you never answered this: THAT is more the intent of terrorism than is the actual taking of American lives. They want to use our freedom against us to deny us our OWN freedom. And frankly, it worked for many people. Exactly. Thus the Patriot Act, the initiation of torture as policy, two wars, one of which was totally F'ing stupid. Terrorism worked perfectly on the Bush Admin, they played their part just like bin Laden expected and wanted. The most successful terrorist act ever, thanks to Bush.
