GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR February 4, 2009: Gulf production dropped to 10.5 Bcf today. The decline in mostly in La Onshore and Offshore flows which are down 114 MMcf/d and 133 MMcf/d respectively. Several pipes have contributed to the decline but it appears that lower volumes on Transco are contributing to a bulk of the decline. Transco has not issued any major outage notices. Some of the decreased volumes can be attributed to a force majeure issued on Manta Ray yesterday which caused deliveries to ANR decline around 35 MMcf/d.
